| The Swamp has 5 different bird fields for spring dog training. Wildlife at the property includes whitetail deer, turkey, pheasant,valley quail, ducks, and geese.This is also where Cedarwoods Dusty Rose pointed an elk, not normally found to inhabit the agricultural river bottoms. We have a homing pigeon pen on site that houses some 20 homers for training purposes. Eight automatic bird launchers helps simulate a wild flush for pointing intensity. |
